My musical background includes over 15 years playing various concert style percussion (concert band, percussion ensemble, orchestra, solos, etc) and marching style percussion (DCI/WGI front ensembles). I have experience in various musical theater/opera productions both on stage and in the pit orchestra at SF School of the Arts and UCLA where I graduated with an undergraduate degree in music performance under the mentorship of world-renowned performer and educator Mitchell Peters. Additionally, I play drumset with an emphasis in traditional jazz styles of the 1920s-40s as well as rock and roll, blues, and Americana of the 1960s-70s. Recently I toured extensively across both Europe and Iceland with the band Dirty Cello and will be continuing to perform with them as well as the Renegade Orchestra in upcoming concert events.

I am available for booking private lessons in person within the Long Beach/LA area and online for individuals of all ages. My educational philosophy is to provide students individualized guidance, feedback, and empowerment based on their goals to help them reach their full potential.
